My daughter called me as I was leaving the supermarket so I turned on the video on my phone and it was as if we walked home together in Pisticci.  I should do that more often.

Back in the house I felt quite hot. It seems that today was even warmer. Above 38C . However with the aircon going in one room and the fan in the other it’s mostly okay. The tricky part of fan and aircon is to not to exactly point it at myself or I end up with a sore back or shoulder or neck. (Sore  back today!)

That didn’t stop me painting 2 more portraits though. 

Like yesterday I used the caran d’ache neocolours 11 and then added some detail and highlights with acrylic paint.

I have enjoyed drawing/painting these in a way that I like. I don’t know if I want to do any more portrait commissions. They are so stressful.

But I don’t need to think about that just now.

Hurray, it’s the weekend.
