I do write about the most interesting things….ahem!

But my life seems fascinating to me. I think it’s down to low expectations. I’m constantly amazed that I’m living this life. I never expected it or even dreamed of it. So it’s all a big adventure to me.

So, back to supermarkets. I went uptown this morning for wine and paracetamols.

It occurred  to me after buying the essentials that there is a small supermarket at the end of the corsa and round the corner.

It is small and crowded, but has actually a pretty good selection of goods, including my favourite sweets and ice lollies.

It might be fun to start shopping in some of the fruit and veg shops as well.

It was nice to be in the midst of things. The other supermarket was in the opposite direction from the corsa so away from all the ” action”.

I’m loving my new shopping bag. Perhaps it’s the start of a whole new shopping experience.

I’m going to make a gift of the key ring painting to the nice girl from the supermarket who ordered it.  That seems like a fitting thank you for all the good times I’ve had there.

I’m pretty much finished the portrait so tomorrow I want to put people in the piazza painting.

Had lovely visitors today. Who would have thought that my shower room would have been such an attraction. Made me very happy.

Another thing that made me happy today, other than feeling a bit better, was the bin men emptying my bin. Am want to dance when I hear them at my door. Sometimes they just have a blind spot about my rubbish bins.

Now for another episode of ” with love Meghan” ( I think that might be the correct title this time.

And I’m also watching a series called the “Recruit”. It’s okay.
