2025 in Pisticci… nearly finished..

It should be my last lot of olive leaves that I need to paint tomorrow. Can’t say that I’m looking forward to it. I feel that I haven’t quite mastered the art of olive leaf painting. 

Tonight I used my paintart app to see what I could do.

Progress so far on second mural. Rather like my crazy olive tree and I’m pleased with the slightly abstract blocky background.
Thought that I’d see how it would look with less branches and more leaves.

This the original painting. It’s  just not right. It’s quite pretty.

So tomorrow I intend to be finished. There is no time to learn anything else as it’ll  soon be time for the olive mill to open.

I think confidence would help. Even confidently wrong looks better than hesitancy. 

Should be interesting.

Meanwhile it was nice having lunch out again. What a lovely social time I’ve had. And such good food.

It’s Katy’s 45th birthday today and she’s starting her Personal Training business.

She’s KatyPTPerth. I think she’ll be really good at it.

Now it’s wine time. And all I need is confidence ……
