It’s the first time I’ve been by the sea in a long time …..even though it’s not that far away.

Today I was at Metaponto where we went for a walk on the beach. I was wearing my new jacket, but I had to take it off as it was too hot.

We had stopped in at my favourite little supermarket to buy wine  on the way . It’s  a special place run by a lovely lady. It was good to see her again.

This afternoon I worked on the hands in my latest portrait. Need a bit more work.

There is a lovely moon tonight.

Been a lovely day.
