I’m still on house stuff this week.

Today I decided to touch up the tiles on the floor in the shower room. I think I painted the floor about 5 years ago and I’ve re varnished it once .It is looking good, but the most used part around the sink and toilet was a bit worn.

It was easy to fix. I cheered up some of the colours in the patterns as well as repainting the terracotta colour between each tile. I used the acrylic paints which were left in my palette from the last painting.

I was careful not to make the newly painted part look too new as I didn’t want to end having to paint the the whole floor.

But it’s now varnished and looking much better than before.

I’m still on a painting ( pictures)  break so I spent an hour looking at bus times online incase  I decide I want to go somewhere then I can just go. ( always assuming the times are correct.)

It rained all night and part of today

Fluffy was here most of the morning.

Just looked out of the window and it looks like a full moon. Lovely.

It’s been a difficult week, but   feels a bit better every day.

Started making plans last night. Looking at bus timetables was part of that.

Wine time now. Soon be the weekend.
