It looked grey outside and I was glad I’d decided to have a working day at home.

My little house is looking very cosy , even though it’s not. Today I made a point of keeping on the heater after deciding that it probably wasn’t very healthy to be cold. And there’s no reason why I can’t be warm except for habit.

I used to only use half my house in winter, but this year after enjoying working in my gallery over the summer I put a gas heater in there and it’s actually fine.

It all went very well and after fixing a small part of yesterday’s painting I painted another three. I chose the most complicated ones to do first incase I get fed up by the end.

Tomorrow all being well, I’d like to paint another 3 paintings. It’s not like work, it’s just a pleasant way to pass the time.
