I had been going to go for a walk up town tonight, but after having been out lots of evenings and then this morning, I’m staying in with the pellet stove and a glass of wine. 

It was a lovely morning. 

It was such a nice day that I sat on the doorstep with a cup of tea.

My plan today was to paint 2 of the small versions of my scarf and flowers series. I actually painted 4.

So I’ve no excuse not to start my Christmas  portrait tomorrow. 

I’m glad it’s wine time now.
