2026 in Pisticci….thought it was Saturday……

I had to keep reminding myself that it was Friday.

I might have been going to collect 3 big paintings from San Mauro Forte tomorrow,  but it seems they are being exhibited until mid February.  Nice!

It was a nice day for a stroll up town .

Very mixed weather…
A lot of people wear black in the winter.

I’m thinking of ordering a solar battery bank, another type which plugs in and a wind up radio. Not quite sure what I’m preparing for.

27 canvases arrived today. Smallish ones. Will use one for a portrait commission. But the remainder should feature Pisticci in some form.

The hares have gone back home.

I started the portrait commission this afternoon so it’s all ready to begin painting.

I’m having, what I like to call a cocktail, tonight. I’ve found a small amount of wine mixed with fizzy orange juice is a good way of making wine go further.

The pellet stove is burning tonight. It was 15C in here even after the gas fire had been on most of the day.

It’s very nice and cosy now.

Probably about time to drink undiluted wine.

Cheers🍷🍷🍹
