2026 in Pisticci….painting calanche….

Had a very early start this morning about 4am.

That’s  really too early.

However I got started the calanche painting.

Used my folding laptop this time. There are a lot of hills, valleys, mountains etc. I’m using one of my paintings as reference.
Sketch with neocolours 2.
First layer, getting all the shapes, rough colours and now I can see what is there.I think it’s  looking 3 dimensional.

Tomorrow  I can start adjusting things, without hopefully losing any of the life. Then I need to add wildflowers.

A translating thingy arrived in the post today. I managed to get it working. Im hoping I can use it to help my Italian even when I’m at home by myself. (It understands me, which means it must be quite a superior wee machine. )

Yawn!!!

I’ve been sleepy all day.

Will see if I can find something on Netflix to keep me awake for a while. Or I quite like the Inspector Alleyn series on youtube.
