Today was all about the treasure hunt.

It turned out that the walk I was going on was to place all the prizes for the treasure hunt. It included a tambourine…..as well as lanterns, little packages and various other things.

It was so much fun. People came out of their houses to see what we were doing.

I’m really grateful to have been asked to join in. Thanks, Teresa.

Someone had written clues, which even in English I wouldn’t have got , but the teenagers did.

And that wasn’t the end because after that there was a sort of poetry competition where the competitors made up poems about the upcoming carnevale.

I’m lucky to be invited to be part of life in Pisticci  sometimes.

Later on today I gessoed some more boards to use with charcoal.

It’s a beautiful evening.

After  more exercise than normal for me, going back and forwards around Pisticci I’m  happy to enjoy a glass of wine and Sunday vlogs. What a lovely day I’ve had.
