Now that I’ve had some sleep I’m liking my painting. 

It’s interesting. Today I added a bottle of wine ,as there was something missing. Am very pleased with it.

I’m still not finished, but I’m  enjoying myself and even appreciating that I can make things up.

This morning it was fun to go up town and do some shopping.

Ive booked another trip to Scotland in June, but not a trip back yet as all the flights were at really awkward times. So maybe I’ll make a detour on the way home.

I’d really like to come back by train. Maybe part way by sleeper. Will see.

I might start the portrait tomorrow…..or next week. I think it’s  good for me to paint something for fun.

Now to see if I can find another Midsomer Murders  that I haven’t  seen recently.
