Have been away all day visiting family in the Scottish Borders. The scenery was fantastic , but I was too busy catching up to take many photos .

I was back to where I was born, in a house with a peacock and a zebra, another that felt like being in a regency novel and finally one with a sweatshop( not really) .

Am proud to have such interesting relatives.

I was really glad my granddaughter Sam came with us and helped with the navigation …..and she loaned me some of her photos.

We finished day with meatballs at IKEA to pass the time until there was less traffic.

It’s been at least 3 years since I last visited .

What a lovely day.!
