The weather has been pretty good here. Especially compared to Italy.

This morning when I was out for a coffee the skies were blue.

This afternoon it occurred to me that I could chop the top off the jug that I had painted and then it would fit better in the frame. This was despite the fact that I’ve now decided to use the frame for a painting of a cat. I just don’t like not getting things ” right”.

So tomorrow after going out for coffee I plan to paint a cat and make it into a gift. Let’s hope it goes better than the last effort.

For now it’s wine time . There’s talk of 20C on Saturday and good weather until July in the UK……….
