But today I actually visited it , briefly. It’s pretty and although I like to visit bigger towns , I’d probably prefer to spend time in little villages like this.

It was lovely to be out.

Most of the rest of the day I spent drawing in my sketch book.

I’m sitting outside now drinking wine and looking at this view.

My family are all off to the wedding looking very elegant…..but 2 of them are a bit tottery in high heels.

I think I may be going to a barbecue tomorrow. Then only one more day and I’ll have another 8 hour journey.

I’ve never drawn as much on a holiday before. It’s good to know that I can create something respectable with children’s paints and crayons.

It was worth bringing my sketch pad and pen

Now I have the final series of the Big Bang Theory to watch on Netflix….if I can get it to work.

Though I might stay outside as late as possible. I’m never likely to stay in a house like this again .
