It’s been another lovely day.

I like wash days. I need to uncover the washing machine which sits in the fireplace and then fix the hose so that the water goes into the sink. I think there’s a small leak somewhere but I’ve a torch to shine in the dark corners of the fireplace to check for water.

I had kept an eye on the weather forecast and today seemed most suitable.

Everything was dry by 2pm. In the summer it would have taken a maximum of 2 hours.

I finished the next hare painting.

Now I’ve started the next one.

Tonight is pizza night at the Lanterna. I hope it’s open. I’m not sure if today is a holiday here.

My smart watch arrived today. So now I plan to make sure I do more than 51 steps . ( that was my worst score…..my phone didn’t move all day.)

A nice walk to the pizzeria should help.
