Today’s plan was to get my latest portrait finished to 80%.

With a little help from Jonathan Yeo it’s there.

This morning I wasn’t so hopeful, but I kept going and eventually people appeared. ( with smiles …..not recommended, but done. )

I’m now onto the 18th video on the portrait course. Only 9 to go.

Today was spent mostly painting and learning.

I’ve painted over a small canvas and plan to have a try at a self portrait at the weekend.

I’ve organised where to sit and how to prop up a mirror. I’ve painted a lot of self portraits…..none of which I think look like me.

Had a short photo break and some fresh air.

It’s been a week full of technology, organising book editing, meeting friends and several photo walks.

I’d better set up the printer at the weekend as I’d like to catch up with my work diary.

If I get that done then I will be back to new normal.

Now it’s Friday wine time.
