I hadn’t intended to touch it again.

So I went out to the Meetmarket and bought 3 little plastic containers to replace the marge tubs I’ve been using for years. Had a lovely conversation  there with a neighbour and the lovely young woman who runs the shop. 

Next, the supermarket and then coffee and more chat in the Genesi bar. 

It was a lovely sunny morning which always makes life feel good.

Catching up on vlogs I missed while away was a nice way to spend the morning…..only I kept getting distracted,  thinking that if I just did this or that then the self portrait would be more like me/ better/cheerful.

This is the finished result for today, after fixing the eyes, mouth , nose and chin.

My work diary is now up to date. It’s  very satisfying to see all the work I’ve done recently.

I lit the stove early again as it was still quite chilly inside.

Now it’s  wine time and the next episode from Nickipositano,  who is at the moment renovating a house in Tuscany.
