It was worth getting up at 6am to do some more editing, which I am mostly enjoying. I think I’ll be finished by next weekend.

Then I cooked. Unless you count poaching an egg as cooking then I  only cook about every four days. But today I had a cabbage, red onion and some tomatoes to do something with. Oh, and a bag of chickpeas which had been soaked overnight.

I boiled the cabbage and it’s now in the freezer.

Then I cooked the onion with the tomatoes, added chickpeas and veg and that worked out well.

It amuses me that I’m buying vegetables and fruit to paint and then feel obliged to eat them.

The rest of today I spent painting some apricots in a plate. I’m looking forward to eating them.

And just realised that I absent mindedly used gold acrylic paint round the edge of the plate. Oops!! 

Tomorrow I’ve no plans. 

It’s been very windy.
