It was Scanzano market again today. 

Today I bought a long rug at the €2 stall. Not that it was €2. However €20 seemed like a reasonable price for a clean proper rug. ( heavy enough not to disappear  up the hoover.)

I love how things seem to work out well.

I haven’t seen any rugs for ages so I bought it , intending to replace the red one in my work room.

When I got it laid down it was so long that I realised that I could hide the aircon cable under it. Much easier than trying to arrange it around the door.

I spent some time tidying out the shelves near the hose, put a canas board over the top of the hole in the wall, painted the floor terracotta  where it showed and was quite pleased with the result.

I also investigated other places to put the aircon where it was possible to plug it in and vent it. I’m not sure where the best place for it is.  But it works well where it is for now.

Eventually I did some painting.  Maybe tomorrow  I should have a whole day working on this new painting.At least everything is in place now. I just need to make it look good.

Now I’m glad it’s wine time.
