2025 in Pisticci….back to work…..

I obviously had enough of lying around reading and stressing about what to do next.

So after sitting outside writing my weekly email to my brother and then removing Fluffy from among my canvases I got to work.

It was a beautiful  morning.
She is now sleeping behind the door, but this is where I found her.

I decided to try using my sketch from yesterday which was okay. I am sometimes held back by wanting to be amazing.

And I changed things as I went along……

Sketch with colours. I like this. It’s better than I thought it would be.

That was a good start!  So I looked back at the drawing I’d done for the big canvas and decided to play with it on my paintart app.

I tried a lot of different arrangements .

Then ,taking a deep breath and telling myself that I could paint over it I began to draw.

Possible ……
It is almost exactly  what I wanted to fit with the other big painting. ( will adjust things as I go along, but it will do.)

As I still had another black painted canvas and I didn’t want to leave it empty I spent ages wondering what to paint on it. Eventually I decided on this. Maybe I should have stopped at two, but …….I couldn’t.

Hopefully when I paint it the colours will make it sing.

And now it’s 5.30pm.  That was a good day. I love drawing with the neocolours.
