2025 in Pisticci ….went out after 9am…..

I’ve been getting a little unreasonable about going out when it’s hot and subsequently feeling a little trapped.

However when I got a message saying that I needed to go and get a document from the comune at 10am this morning I bravely ( in my eyes) set out up town. It wasn’t that bad actually and I enjoyed myself.  It helped that I was given the document I needed with no fuss.

I even dropped in at the art shop and collected my remaining 5 canvases. They were more awkward than heavy to carry.

I was trying to photograph the temperature.  It was 33C.
What a very pretty balcony
Looking up the corsa margherita.

I started painting at 8am as I thought that I should paint the big canvas first. ( I’m now beginning to wonder if I will be able to transport the biggest canvases as they’re 120x120cms ,but I’m still glad I painted them. )

About 10am. I had to stand on a chair to paint the top part.
80% finished. It would be nice to make the old lady a little less grim. I’m rather pleased with the steam coming out of the pot.

It went very well and I enjoyed painting this. Most of it is made up except for the cooker. I found a photo of it online.

It’s very windy outside. The tree at the end of the road is bending back and forwards.

You can’t really tell how windy it is in this photo.

I’m glad it’s wine time now.

( nearly forgot …..it says my electric bill is paid on my electricity app. Hurray!!! )

Cheers🍷🍷
