2026 in Pisticci…I love that red chair….

I’ve never counted how murals I’ve painted on my own. I remember when I was painting with a group of Artists in town. I was sitting on the pavement painting something on a low wall. A bus stopped  beside me and the driver shouted to me ,” Could I paint a mural for him? I pretty much thought he was joking when I said ,” Yes , of course.” But a week or so later he arrived at my house took me to see where the mural was to be and that was how it began.

Today I finished the grapevine. I think it looks good.

But, I love the red chair……

It feels good to be finished.

I’ve enjoyed walking across town every day, being warm and eating cornettos while practicing speaking Italian.

The hardest steps in Pisticci.  I think they are the wrong size.
The sea sparkling in the distance.
Lovely blue sky.

Maybe this weekend I’ll make all my practice paintings into finished work.

A nice relaxing job.

Hurray, it’s  the weekend.

Cheers🍷🍷
