I think I drank too much fizzy juice, ate too many maltesers and looked at my phone for too long. Anyways something kept me awake until about 2am.

I got a bit bored. I can read, but not for hours, or watch calming travel videos on YouTube. Last night I found a “Broons “book. That was fun.

The Broons are a big Scottish family who live in a tenement somewhere in Scotland.  They are always bickering , but never fall out for long. Ma Broon keeps control and makes the best mince and tatties, Pa Broon is always showing off, then getting shown up. Grandpa Broon lives nearby and the Bairn is his favourite. Hen is tall and skinny and desperate to get a girlfriend, Joe can have any girl he wants. Maggie is blonde and gorgeous. Daphne would like to be Maggie. Horace is the brains of the family and finally the twins are just normal mischievous little boys.

It feels like I’ve known them all my life. Every week there was another story in the Sunday Post and at Christmas you could buy a Broons annual.

Today I thought that I’d have a practice with charcoal sticks and charcoal pencils. I watched a couple of videos and copied them.

I learned some new techniques and decided that I’m going to wait until my new putty rubbers and better quality charcoal pencils arrive.

It was fun though. It’s possible to get some great effects .

It’s  nice and warm in here tonight and my washing is almost all dry.

I started to watch ” Seven Dials” last night. It’s okay, but to be honest I loved the old black and white Agatha Christie films with Margaret Rutherford. I watched them all several times. I loved the music.It was sort of ” galloping” music.

It seems that I’m  watching quite a few vlogs now. Most of which are downloaded on Sundays.
