I try never to arrange anything for the day after I’ve travelled. So I’ve had a very relaxing day.

I think, in the future, I’m going to change how I travel. Maybe try and make it more fun and less of an endurance test. I wasn’t  feeling too well yesterday which didn’t  help and had ” uncomfortable ” legs for at least half the flight.

Even distracting myself with paintart on my tablet didn’t help very much.

Will be trying to think ” outside the box” next trip to Scotland.

It’s been mixed weather today.

I’ve ordered some ink for my fountain pen as I didn’t think travelling with a bottle of ink in my back pack was a good idea.

I found lots of things I’d  forgotten about and left here.

I have quite a lot of painting  equipment and sketchbooks.   As well as chocolate and oatcakes.

Oh, and three bottles of wine.
