I was up in plenty of time for the welcome to August fireworks at 6am. Some people hadn’t even been to bed. I felt quite emotional.

There was a brass band to follow, but I didn’t  see it passing.

Most of today I’ve  been working on another crayon portrait. I definitely don’t like using canvas board as much as stretched canvas. However, I’m nearly finished.

While I was wondering what to write tonight and flicking through my phone I found this.

Along with chocolate and red wine are good for you.

Time for some healthy red wine now after a day of health promoting painting , which also included some chocolate.
