It was fun to go to the market in Scanzano even though I did buy two unnecessary second hand bags and a chipped jug.

When I got home I decided to repair the jug. ( It only cost 2 euros. I bought it to use in a still life.) So it didn’t  really need fixing, but I was curious to see if I could .

I used wood filler and my new wood coloured filler tubes which I bought to fix my frames. It’s  fun making things look better. Not perfect….

Then after starting another crayon portrait I went upstairs to finish the ” cover the electric meter” painting. Tomorrow I’ll varnish it.

Got a lovely gift of vegetables and figs.

Last night a lady arrived at my door and bought 2 paintings.

And today my latest portrait commission left.

Now it’s wine time and Sunday vlogs.

The fire plane has passed several times and I can see smoke in the distance. It’s  very, very dry.
