What a lovely day I’ve had.

Went out with a friend for coffee and then visited some artists exhibiting with Perth Open Studios.

The last artist we visited made little worlds from reclaimed materials and was so encouraging that we have decided to go ” treasure” hunting next week.

The artist was Lisa Earl of Lisa Earl design. She specialises in making little houses and boats using discarded, weather worn and recycled materials.

She also does workshops which I’d be happy to go to if I was here longer.

It was so good to meet someone inspiring. 

Back home, and lacking any ” treasure” I made another sketch of the view from my window this morning.

Wine time now after a more than satisfactory  day.
