I found this on twitter this morning and thought it sounded useful and achievable.

Today I had a walk in nature. ☆

Sunshine☆

Aerobic exercise…..it was a very steep hill☆

I had a laugh with friends and ate with them…..that’s two ☆☆

I experienced a random.act of kindness where the man in the shop where I bought art supplies gave me a free metal thing to carry my canvases. ☆

I posted a painting finally after having been to two private postal shops so completed a task. ☆

And now I have jazz playing while I write this. ☆

And I forgot that I did eat some dark chocolate this morning☆

However what made me happiest was my daughter calling me ……and that’s not really on the list….☆☆☆

I don’t expect every day to be like this ,but it was very nice. I haven’t been to a friend’s house for lunch in a long long time. I enjoyed going on the bus and was glad the painting finally got posted. It was great to stock up on paint and brushes and get 2 canvases for next commissions.

A very nice day indeed.
