I’m glad that I have the time to notice when another rose blooms. So far it’s only been one at a time.

I sat outside for a while this afternoon. There is still a cold wind. I’ve  been inside all day working and it was nice to get some fresh air.

I was writing a list of things to do  in June. Such as I’d like to paint some of my outside wall and repair the painted flowers. And a few other things. 

But mostly today I cheered up the last of 4 paintings.

As a collection they look good. Now if I can manage I’d like to finish them off before the weekend. That would be a good week’s work.

I’m thinking of describing them as still lives featuring different aspects of Pisticci.

Now I’m glad to sit down and have a glass of wine.
