I’d  never heard of such a thing. I can’t  even remember where I found the idea.

But now that I have one of the cheapest versions from Amazon I’m having fun adding things to it as well as watching videos to see how other people use theirs.

I’ve made an interesting  ” insert from four envelopes. 

So I haven’t done any drawing or painting today.

This morning I was out. It was very grey, though not actually raining.

It’s been a more chilled day. I hunted through all my art materials which have been left here. That required some contorting as they are in an alcove behind a chest of drawers and it was too heavy to move.

Tomorrow  I should be meeting daughter number three and then on Friday, all being well, I’ll be getting the train and staying in Kelso for the weekend.

Obviously my new toy ( traveller’s notebook) will be getting a try out.  Unless I’m  lucky enough to meet another chatty passenger on the train.

I’m  planning to get the London train which always feels a bit special.
