I gave up and came home earlier than usual tonight as it being Saturday there were even more people about than usual.

Via Mazzini is packed with people.

( Pisticci is going to seem so empty.)

I went in a bookshop to get away, but even it was quite busy.

Came home and started a nice relaxing sketch.

I think I’ve finished the Verona scene now. So much detail. I used pencil, pen, neocolours and gouache.

This morning while it was still quite dull I decided to walk between bridges. It feels good to be by the river.

Some of my photos are quite  respectable, but they are as nothing compared to being here.

I’ve been here 2 weeks now and I’ve not been in any galleries, churches etc ,but I’m still entranced just wandering around looking. 

I watched a video on YouTube where a guy said that everyone is on their own unique journey at their own speed. I like that.

Wine time now. Is supposed to be sunny all day tomorrow.  Wondering if I should wear a dress…….
