Last night was quite loud. At one point there were hundreds of people outside at the party downstairs. I assume it was a shop opening or similar.

Double glazing helped a lot, but when I got my noise cancelling earphones working it was great. I bought them last year with  advice from Katy.

The music , or in my opinion , boom boom rubbish , finished about 11pm which was very civilised.

At one point the music person played an actual song. It was lovely. ( I have a feeling that the crowd liked it too) Then back to the boom boom rubbish.

I remain resolutely a fan of old music.

This morning after some consideration I decided to buy two new tops. There seemed no point in being too hot. From tomorrow  the temperature  is to be above 30C. I wasn’t  expecting that.

I’m sure that I’ll wear both of them in Pisticci.  ( I’m off my arms at the minute.  )

My next painting of Verona is drawn now.

There has been a lot of music all over this area today. Mostly played by people with difficulties.

I wandered about for an hour in the crowds, then came home.

Wine time now.  Am listening to 1940s jazz for serenity. Bliss.
