It’s been a quiet sort of day.

After going shopping about 8.30am I wasn’t  sure what to do with myself.

It is the weekend after all. Time to relax. Only I’m easily bored. Maybe I need more hobbies. I’m trying to avoid using my phone too much. And I don’t want to watch stuff on youtube during the day unless it’s  ” educational. “

I read some of my book on the history of Verona. So far it’s mostly about wars . Maybe it’ll get more interesting after the 15th century.

I found some notebooks which I can use as diary/journal in the future and organised the cabinet.

Fluffy dropped by.

Her friend, the little grey cat also came around.

I can hear music being played quite loudly which makes me think that there might be a concert in the piazza lombardy tonight. I haven’t  seen it advertised.

It’s been quite hot today, but not too bad. I remember this time last year when I was lulled into a false sense of security, as when the walls heat up it will feel much hotter.

However I haven’t  used the aircon since I got back from Scotland so I’m not out of options yet. I keep the doors and shutters closed all day which helps.

Someone sent me an article about 8 friendly Italian towns and Pisticci is included. How lucky we were to land here.

I couldn’t watch Upstairs Downstairs  on Netflix as it isn’t available in Italy. So maybe I’ll watch a black and white film on youtube.

Or I could go to a possible concert in  the Piazza.
