This morning I set off for the bigger supermarket which I thought opened at 8.30am. ( turns out that it opens at 8am and there is an urbano bus around 8.30am… will know for next time. )

However as I only bought peanut butter and ice lollies I just walked all the way home, stopping to chat to an old friend who was also feeling that life is getting a little hot here.

On the way a little bird stopped me.

As I was still waiting for the sandpaper to arrive….it seems I needed a particular type for metal…. I did some more work on the flower painting.

My neighbour came by with some wild boar which she’d said she would let me taste. She’s  a very good cook.

Today I’ve been using the aircon.

Fluffy has just dropped in for the 4th time today. She pushes her way in despite the rock on the net curtain which keeps the other cats out.

It seems to be a bit cooler outside tonight.

Tomorrow  my plan is to stay home and get started on the metal project.

Now it’s  time for wine.
