2026 in Pisticci….painted a chair….

After not sleeping so well I got up early and dyed my hair. Then while it looked all glossy and bouncy,  I felt dull and flat.

However after a bit of a read and small sleep, and chocolate, I completed what I had planned for today which was to draw the scene on the big painting. It’s  rough, but most things are in place.

Tomorrow I’ll  probably draw it again with paint and make any necessary adjustments.

I also painted a brick white.

This afternoon when I was supposed to be working with neocolours on my second big painting, I painted a chair light green instead.

Also found a rug. Neccessary for winter.

It looks more friendly with two chairs.

Thinking that I must get some fresh air as I was feeling very peely wally, I  sat on the doorstep to draw with my new pen. Wasn’t  very successful…..but plenty of fresh air! Came back in when my book nearly blew away and I got dust in my eye.

Not great, but practice is practice.

Now it’s a bit cold inside, but not planning to turn on the heater yet. Found a nice warm throw. Definitely  polo neck weather.

Because I have a family of visiting cats I’ll  need to buy more cat food tomorrow.

More inspector George Gently on youtube now.

Wow, that was a really strong gust of wind. This morning I had to sweep up lots of leaves blown inside overnight.

Cheers 🍷🍷
