A painting from 2009

Sometimes  facebook memories comes up with things I’ve forgotten about.

I didn’t  remember this.

Then I do remember painting with the Imbianchini di Bellezza.

Loved that shirt….Thought I looked cool, if somewhat painty. We were painting Dirupo white.

I forgot that I painted quite a few scenes from Martina Franca as we used to do markets there.

I used to go exploring while James sold antiques.

Then there is this painting which took 12 years before I had the courage to paint it.

I still think it would be, in my opinion, one of the 10 best paintings I ever did. Am glad a friend has it.

These cat paintings are from when I lived in the countryside.

Smokey Joe in the porch. ( I remember that I changed how his tail was to make a better painting and thought that I was cheating.)
Pasqua, who stowed away in the car one Sunday and disappeared in Martina Franca.

I’ve  quite enjoyed having an extra hour today.
