2026 in Pisticci….beautiful   moon

Last night I got my little Kodak camera out to take a photo of the moon.

Not bad, though the real thing is always more impressive.

And tonight as I stood up after drawing pomegranates I saw the moon rising over Pisticci.

Lovely view from my house. I watched it appear from behind the buildings.

I had forgotten how lovely this time of year is.

This morning using my camera.

I’m so used to just taking photos with my phone that I forget it’s  possible to sometimes capture something special with my camera.

It might be that I’m finished the big painting. I took the masking tape off the edges.

I need to say time up!!
Looks good enough.

After a sleepless night I wasn’t  at my most energetic best.

So I looked through a box of old photos.

This was me, my sister and a friend. More than 60 years ago.

Preparing for first joint exhibition with art class.

Having done very little today I thought that I’d better draw something.

Perhaps only two episodes of the “diplomat” tonight then a nice gentle arty vlog would be better  if I want to sleep.

Wine time now .

Cheers🍷🍷
