As Basilicata will be a red zone from Monday I thought I should prepare.
So my WiFi bill is paid at the post office
I have ordered pellets for my stove and now I have the money out of the bank to pay for them. Although I have a lot of commissions I’m not sure when I’ll get paid for them so am prepared.
Now I have enough food for at least 2 weeks. I got a free big granny Smith apple from the fruit shop today as they only had one so I was given it as a gift. I have enough pasta to last me about 6 months and everything else I could think of that wouldn’t go off in the next couple of weeks.
There is no reason to think that there is a problem with going shopping…it’s more about if I had to self isolate for 10 days or so.
On reading info about Basilicata becoming red it seems to have been a surprise decision.
It will hurt restaurants and businesses again. I can work from home, ordering paint online and the majority of my commissions are organised using WhatsApp.
It has been a lovely day with lots of sunshine. A great washing day.
I carried on working on 2 commissions and am well on with one large portrait. I also painted a horse.
After my early starts I am tired tonight….
Have been wondering if I should buy some pansies …..They grow well and last for ages. Am not sure if flower shops will be open or not. I have lots of colourful flowers painted on my wall but not many real ones.
Anyways now it’s wine time, and a Saturday…..
