There is a storm outside with lightening, thunder , rain and strong wind. Inside it’s still 28c. I tried to video it , but the thunder is even louder in real life.

And I don’t seem to be able to upload videos on to my blog. Otherwise You would see some rain, a flash, loud bangs and me nearly dropping phone in a hurry to shut the door. The flashes and thunder are following each other quickly so the storm must be overhead.

No need to water the flowers tonight. I went out at about 9pm last night to water them incase I couldn’t sleep for thinking they might all die. ( After promising grey clouds there was no rain.)

This storm, if it’s like the others, will likely circle around and return several times before it eventually gives up.

It’s quite pleasant inside with blues playing on youtube and a glass of wine.

I’ve worked most of today , but didn’t manage to finish this.

Along with yesterday’s painting this will join my 50 local scenes and is already sold.

So other than getting up early, dyeing my hair , making peanut butter and writing an email all I did today was paint.

There are a few practical things I want to do this week as well as finish the current portrait and complete at least another 2 local scenes.

Now it’s wine time.
