I thought that my small fan arrangement  was working well, but last night it made very little difference.

So this morning I gave in and contacted the owners and told them that the aircon wasn’t  working. I wasn’t entirely sure that I just didn’t know how it worked.

They were very apologetic….but this weather isn’t normal so aircon shouldn’t really be needed. Apparently someone will need to go on the roof to fix it. So it wasn’t me being stupid!!.

Now I have a very powerful fan . Bliss!!!

Even despite a thunderstorm and lots of rain it’s  still hot.

At lunch time this was my ” aircon” . This little rechargeable  fan is very good and charges in about 15mins.

After having a very relaxing morning… .I was hot and tired….I carried on with painting the scary mask.

There was a lot of thunder and rain.

As I am trying to get organised to leave, I put on my less slippy boots and carefully carried a collection of wine bottles to the recycling bin after the storm finished.

Tomorrow my plan is to visit my favourite places and pack inbetween.

The nice girl who delivered the fan offered to book me a taxi. I could have done it myself , but it felt good to let someone else do it.

So now I’m planning to enjoy being cool, drink wine and feel grateful.
