I’m having trouble getting going again after nearly 3 months of being away.

Or maybe I’m just taking things easy.

I had a plan to draw the scene on the metal panel today. I made a plan on paper and have drawn the shape of the mountains. Then I gave up. Making a list of what to do next week is more wishful thinking.

I enjoyed a walk up town to the supermarket and took photos on the way back.

This afternoon I tried to fix some of the paintings I did in Verona or of Verona.

I’m still reading through the history of Verona which is still full of wars and murders.

(Just sold two of the gouache and neo colour paintings I did in Verona. )

I’m glad it’s Friday. I’d like to have a nice relaxing weekend and then get on with the metal painting.

Now it’s  wine time.
