2026 in Pisticci…thanks CHATGPT.

Last night when I was wondering what to do and it was too early to go to bed it occurred to me to ask CHATGPT  if it could stretch the painting I have to make fit a 140x60cm  frame.

Hurray!! It would have taken me ages. I’m not mathematical so I would have managed, but only after a lot of rubbing out and possibly bad language.

The original. Client would like this, but 140x60cm.
The 140x60cm version thanks to CHATGPT.  ( I might need to swap the trees for houses on the right , but other than that it’s great. )

I wondered if it might feel like cheating, but as it’s my painting, just adapted I feel okay. So okay that I did another two for the 100x50cm canvases I want to paint for myself.

Both of these have my house in them which is a motivation for me.
Today’s work. Started portrait and then started Pisticci  scene.
I havent done a Pisticci  scene with neocolours before. Will probably use acrylic paint as well.

It was a lovely morning again.

I have to stand on tiptoe to see through between the houses.
Prettykitty came inside to eat.

I’m  getting the hang of shopping at Despar and getting the bus up to the piazza afterwards. Otherwise it’s quite steep!! The 10am bus is good as there are usually other people waiting.

On the way.
Down the steps
Waiting for the bus.
Took a detour on way home.
I like this street
But, I love this one. Flowers and shadows.

Am quite excited about these next two paintings.

My plan is to work on commissions  in the morning and have fun in the afternoons with neocolours.

Cheers🍷🍷

Happy Birthday James.
