2026 in Pisticci….where did the light go….

I was busy scribbling with neocolours this afternoon when all of a sudden it was as if I was wearing sunglasses inside. I suppose I take the sunshine and light for granted.

There’s  been a thunderstorm and it’s still quite dark inside.

Dark clouds over Pisticci
Poor tree. It survives a whole lot of wind, but occasionally  a  branch breaks.
Need my light on tonight.

I’ve  had a sore eye all day, but after peering at it in my magnifying mirror for the umpteenth time I spotted a little white gloopy bit on my iris. Have removed it now and it feels  better. Now I can go and get something in the farmacia to get rid of it for good. At least now I know what the problem is and how to deal with it instead of wondering if I’ve  done something wrong.

This morning I mostly painted a toy scooter. I’m  now about 80% finished the portrait.

This afternoon  I drew the second Pisticci scene with neocolours.

That is the most difficult part done.
Looks a bit dark , but most things are in place.

I’m  curious to see how these paintings will go. I’ve  never painted Pisticci  this way before.

Now it’s  wine time.  Might watch another  “Gently” episode. Still grey outside.

Cheers 🍷 🍷

Another Perth watercolour.
