It was quite dull this morning so I set off for town to go to the farmacia, buy wine and go to the supermarket. A nice Friday job.

I had time for a quick coffee on the way home.

I took a small detour on the way home,  but first…..

After lunch I went back to ” having fun with neocolours”.

And then it was dark….

However it didn’t  put me off and to my surprise I’m  considering using the neocolours with a paintbrush to add some detail and then stopping. I like this so far.

I’m curious to see what it will look like when I take the masking tape off.

The little ginger cat was sheltering behind my net curtain.

Now it’s nearly the weekend . Hurray!!

The portrait  is virtually finished and my stretchers arrived today. So next week I can begin by making a 140x60cm  canvas .
