Partly thanks to a friend who I asked to tell me to ” get on with it.”

Now I have a respectable first layer portrait. Tomorrow I’ll probably adjust the colours and could be nearly finished by the afternoon.

Other than that I went out after the rain .

It was good to find that the supermarket  was open.

And to get back home before there was any more rain.

Socks and shoes weather…..

While sitting at my table I noticed a pretty reflection where I can see the tree at the end of the road as well as the tiles on the roof across the street.

It’s Katy’s  birthday today. I remember when she arrived  a few weeks early 46 years ago. Can’t  believe it was so long ago.

Oh, and a parcel from Amazon arrived at my house….instead of the furthest away bar.

Wine time and the weekend,  hurray!

Might look out some jumpers….obviously when I can drag myself away from dusting …oh, and painting.
