2026 in Pisticci…little things…

I was thinking how much I’ve  enjoyed using the lovely fountain pen I bought in Verona.

Even with the scratches I made trying to open it at the wrong end it’s still beautiful.

And my notebook covered with my homemade recycled leather cover feels important.

Made from a handbag  bought in Fuerte Ventura about 30 years ago.

Today I stayed home to paint.

Progress so far. Spent most time painting the sky.

This afternoon  I worked some more on the portrait including a dog.

I thought of going out to draw, but didn’t.

Found these on Facebook.

Painted rain over the mountains.
View from my little artists house in Via Sterbini.

I’m glad it’s  the weekend.

Cheers. 🍷🍷
