This morning my plan was to finish all the faces in the portrait. I’m nearly there. I had to do 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off to keep going.

Then I worked on the first round landscape of Oliveto Lucano and that was a joy to paint.

Am not sure if this style will suit Italians. I’m thinking of putting it on Instagram to see how it goes.

My flowers have survived very well over the last 4 months.

I made my usual chickpeas, vegetables and tomato passata dish today.  I might be needing a change……

I haven’t bought my favourite  wine yet so am drinking something from the supermarket  which had a pretty bottle. Have had tasted better!
