On my way into town I met someone I haven’t seen for years who is closely connected to the film festival. So now I’m going tonight. I just needed a little encouragement…..

I was on my way to buy flowers to paint. However I was too early and the flower shops weren’t open. I decided to buy artificial ones  instead and had fun in the chinese shop chosing a nice selection.

I had 3 black canvases ready and waiting for me at home.

After painting streets and scenery I was keen to get back to colourful still lives.

I found a scarf which I bought in Scotland and wondered if it would look good with daisies. I think it did.

My new bunch of flowers went together better than I expected.

Eventually I had an idea. Not sure if it will work ….

I love using the paint app to try out things. It’s so much easier than painting things and then painting over them.

Will postpone wine time.

Now I need to amuse myself until about 9pm as there is no point going out before then.
