Today it felt like I was mostly travelling.

But there was time to go for a walk by the river first. Kelso is a beautiful little town.

My first train left just before  1pm for Edinburgh. I nearly got lost in Waverley station. Luckily I found the waiting room and was able to work out where I was. Next stop Stirling and the train stopped outside the station just as the rain poured down. Got slightly lost again as I’m used to stopping at the platform inside and then getting the next train at the same platform. However a bit damp and bedraggled I returned from the wrong platform which I had confidently headed towards and still had 10 minutes to wait for the train to Elgin.

(I think my travellers notebook might be fun to take on my travels. I’m considering making a special pocket for it. )

It was good to get collected by Katy at Perth.

Now Im enjoying Sunday vlogs and my nice view.

Two more days and then I should be on my way back to Italy.
