My plan today was to travel to Marconia on the bus and go to the post office there.

It was lovely weather when I left the house about 10am after deciding there was no need to get the 8am bus.

After buying my ticket in the tabacchi I was far too early as usual and decided to walk all the way to the bus station instead of waiting for the little bus in the centre.

In my new chilled mode I felt quite relaxed and stopped to take some photos.

As usual I enjoyed the bus trip and this time only spent about 20 minutes at the post office. Leaving with an enormous smile. ( There were so many things that could have gone wrong.) I strolled off to have a look around the monthly market.

I didn’t buy anything, but it was fun to look at everything.

After that I thought I ‘d go and have a coffee. I am charmed by the staff remembering that I like a cappuccino with soya milk. Today I was also asked to show my greenpass. That makes me feel safe.

Next it was time to go to the hardware shop and buy vermillion paint. I have been using the zorn palette and that is one of the colours.

A trip to Marconia without a visit to the friendly Chinese shop would not be right. While wandering around looking at absolutely everything you could imagine I remembered that I would need a big diary for next year. Sorted!

Was recognised by two strangers at the bus stop and then arrived back at my house before it rained.

Perfect.

Now it’s dull and getting dark and the stove has been on since about 3pm

Am hoping that I haven’t watched all the available episodes of Frost on youtube.

Opened new 5ltrs of favourite wine.
